Agile in simple terms, means the ability to move easily and quickly. Agile strategic approach enables and equips any organization to think and plan ahead of the market, quickly mobilizing itself, adapting to market shifts, filling capability gaps, capturing new revenue in advance of the competition, and finally creating new markets.
