Advances in Measurement Technology, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation collects papers resulting from the conference on Measurement Technology, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (MTDPM 2022), Zhengzhou, China, 27–29 May, 2022. The primary goal is to promote research and developmental activities in measurement, disaster prevention and mitigation, and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between scholars from the top universities, business associations, research centers and high-tech enterprises working all around the world.

The conference conducts in-depth exchanges and discussions on relevant topics such as measurement, disaster prevention and mitigation, aiming to provide an academic and technical communication platform for scholars and engineers engaged in scientific research and engineering practice in the field of measurement application, measurement in civil engineering and disaster reduction. By sharing the research status of scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, it helps scholars and engineers all over the world comprehend the academic development trend and broaden research ideas. So as to strengthen international academic research, academic topics exchange and discussion, and promote the industrialization cooperation of academic achievements.

Par autoru

Dr. Zongming Li is an outstanding expert in Henan Province, a master's student supervisor of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, a member of the Engineering Dispute Evaluation Committee of Zhengzhou Arbitration Commission, and the technical team leader of Henan Province Laboratory Qualification Evaluation Group. He is also the editor-in-chief of six books, including "Inspection of Main Structure Engineering", "Diagnosis and Prevention of Building Engineering Diseases", "Practice of Building Engineering Quality Inspection and Forensic Identification" and "Establishment and Management of Indoor Environment Testing Laboratory for Civil Building Engineering".
Dr. Mohd Johari Mohd Yusof is an associate professor of Universiti Putra Malaysia. He received several awards for his innovation of e-site inventory which include The Best Award and Gold Award in Malaysia Technology Expo 2016, Merit Award in Malaysian Landscape Architecture Award 2015. He is also an Associate Editor of Alam Cipta: an International Journal of Sustainable Tropical Design Research and Practice, a research associate of both the Road and Safety Research Center (RSRC) and Geospatial Information Science Research Center (GISRC) and a professional member of the Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT).
