Osland is the Lucas Endowed Professor of Global Leadership and Executive Director of the Global Leadership Advancement Center at San Jose State University's Lucas College and Graduate School of Business.Mark E. Mendenhall is the J. Burton Frierson Chair of Excellence in Business Leadership in the Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. B. Sebastian Reiche is professor and department chair of People Management at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. Betina Szkudlarekis Associate Professor in Management at The University of Sydney Business School, Australia.
