This book is an outcome of our teaching experience and interaction with students. It will be extremely useful to students who have little knowledge of this subject. The idea to bring out this book comes from the experiences of students who wished for such a book that provides them all the contents in one book. In every chapter we have tried to organize more information in a compact way with examples.
We hope that the book will encourage people with different backgrounds who will contribute toward the further promotion of this exciting and dynamic field. We hope that the book will certainly impart adequate and systematic knowledge to the readers. Any suggestions to the improvement of this book will be highly appreciated.

Sanjay Kumar Rai is the youngest member of RAI family from Prayagraj. His Father Mr. Chandra Mohan Rai is retired from Allahabad University Defence Study Department. His Elder Brother Mr. Ajay kumar Rai has chosen teaching as profession after serving Indian Air force for 20 years. His second Brother Mr. Vijay Kumar Rai Is also a teacher of Physical Education by profession.
Sanjay Rai did his Masters in Business administration (MBA) from Birla Institute of Technology. He is accredited with many certifications like Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, Prince 2 Practitioner, SAP, Oracle, Dell, Microsoft, VMware and etc. His Main focused area is IT solutions. He has also authored a Book in Cyber Security for Engineering students which is recommended by many professors in India and other parts of the world. He has successful experience in Sub Saharan Africa & India region as IT- Consultant in Various solutions like, Core Banking, Electronic payment, ERP implementation, Software as service, Storage solutions, Data Backup Solutions, Virtualization, Intelligent Building Management Solution, end-to-end ICT Infrastructure solutions.
He is an enthusiastic, ambitious, forward-thinking IT Enterprise Solution leader.
