The 46th volume of the journal "Advanced Engineering Forum" contains papers that present the research results on properties of carbon fibre reinforced metal matrix composite and multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite, conditions of mass and heat transfer under nanofluid by numerical modelling, strength properties and microstructure of sandcrete blocks incorporated with maize straws. The volume also describes the optimal control strategy for energy management of PV-diesel-battery hybrid power system of a stand-alone micro-grid and analyses the thermal and emission performance of in-house developed natural and forced draft metal biomass cookstoves.
