ALI FARAZMAND is Professor of Public Administration at Florida Atlantic University. He is the author of 18 books, including, most recently, Privatization or Public Enterprise Reform? (Greenwood, 2000) and Editor-in-Chief of Public Organization Review: A Global Journal.
