Absolutely brilliant book that contains a very simplified but powerful description of how to use applescript to automate the majority of programs and tasks on your mac. I have had this book on hand for over a year now and it's got to be the book I go to again and again to iron out the problems I've had and have assembling scripts. Needs a little updating but a rich resource of information.
