A Poet in Disguise

Paul Thomas was born in 1972, in Manchester,New Hampshire and raised in Monterey Peninsula, California. The journey that was to follow was typical of that of a gay teen in the 80’s, an era during which being closeted was the norm. His life in those turbulent times was made bearable through his love of poetry and his excelling in magic. As a release for his inner conflicts he began playing billiards and honed his skills writing poetry, which continues to this day. It was through this that he learned the value of expressing his innermost thoughts through writing, which led to the creation of this book. In addition to his other talents he is also a gifted photographer. Mr. Thomas now lives in Southern Nevada where he continues to write poetry perform his magic and play billiards.
