About this eBook

Cami DiCarlo is crossing off the list of her father's dying wishes.

1 Move from Chicago to Juniper Ridge, CO to open his new hotel—check

2 Live with her five sisters—four of whom she didn’t know about until he died—check

3 Marry the guy he picked out for her—oh wait, she didn’t know about that one.

Though she misses her father like crazy, she can’t help resenting him for interfering in her life, or the many, many secrets he’d been keeping—even if he did bring hunky Vince Talmadge into her life.

Luckily Vince not only knows what her father wanted—once he meets her he is more than willing to give a relationship a try. After all, it isn’t often that you meet a beautiful, capable, fascinating, complicated woman like Cami in this mountain ski town. The fact that they have definite chemistry doesn’t hurt. The question is whether or not he can make her see that they are really a Perfect Fit.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this book was. It's the story of the oldest DiCarlo sisters, Cami told from her perspective. The book starts out with the will of her late father, George DiCarlo. That is when Camilla found out her father had affairs with four women who produced four sisters she didn't know anything about. On top of that, her father gave them all contracts to open a resort using their individual skills. If they didn't follow through w the contract, their inheritance goes to a non-profit they hate. They also have to move in together in one house as they fulfill their resort contract. Their father also chose husbands for each of them that sisters don't know about. This is Cami's story. I loved this book. it kept me interested from the very beginning. I didn't want to put it doŵn.

This book is a captivating story of family secrets, personal growth, and unexpected romance. The novel centers on Cami DiCarlo, whose seemingly predictable life is turned upside down by her father's death and the shocking revelations in his will. The romantic element between Cami and Vince Talmadge, the local landscape architect, provides a heartwarming counterpoint to the family drama. Vince is an appealing love interest, characterized by his down-to-earth nature and genuine affection for Cami. Their relationship begins with a spark and evolves naturally, despite the surprising revelation that Cami’s father had hoped they would end up together. This twist adds an interesting layer of complexity, challenging Cami to reconcile her feelings with her father's wishes.

This was a very enjoyable book. The "cute and clean" description usually translates to "cheesey and boring". In this case, I loved the characters, I thought the romantic situations were handled well without the usual page after page of graphic descriptions. The plot moved along at a good pace. The "mystery" wasn't very mysterious:) but overall, a very good read.
