Karen van der Zee is the author of 34 romance novels published by Harlequin and Silhouette, one of which won a RITA Award.She grew up in the Netherlands where she developed a taste for travel. She married an American globetrotter and has cooked, shopped, mothered, traveled and written romance novels and non-fiction stories in Africa, Asia, the US, the Middle East, and Europe.
