हिमांशु, 19 वर्ष के हैं और उत्तर प्रदेश के एक छोटे से शहर गोला गोकर्णनाथ खीरी के रहने वाले हैं। हिमांशु ने पिछले 2 सालों से लिखना शुरू किया है, और लिखने के साथ साथ ही उन्हें फोटोग्राफी का शौक़ भी है। वो कोशिश करते हैं कि अपने मन की बातों को शब्दों से बयान कर सके। हिमांशु को लिखने का ख़्याल मशहूर शायरों और लेखकों को पढ़ने के बाद आया। वे इस समय लखनऊ के नेशनल पी.जी. कॉलेज से बी.कॉम कर रहे हैं।
