Sol Davenport thought inheriting a haunted house would be her biggest problem. She was wrong. After breaking her family’s ancient curse, Sol was ready to enjoy some peace and quiet—or at least fewer ghostly interruptions during dinner. But when a black mirror starts whispering dark secrets and her handyman insists the house has “quirks,” it’s clear that Davenport Manor has other plans.

Enter Adam Hartley, the rugged, roll-up-his-sleeves kind of guy who’s great with a wrench and surprisingly useful when things go bump in the night. Between his family’s folklore and Sol’s sarcasm, they just might have a shot at uncovering the mansion’s latest mystery. That is, if Ezra Blackwood’s charming cousin, Lucian, doesn’t complicate things. (Spoiler alert: He absolutely will.)

With a blood moon rising and the mansion’s dark past coming back to life—again—Sol has to decide whether she can trust Adam, Ezra, or anyone else in this cursed town. Because if there’s one thing she’s learned, it’s that the house always has the last word.

And it’s never good.
