Though he never wanted to be a hero, Jordan realizes that with these powers, and seeing that the Outcasts are nowhere to be found to save the city, he has no choice but to step up.
As ‘The Naughty Soul’ continues his rampage in Chicago, Jordan must decide whether to embrace the hero role forced upon him or remain in the shadows, all while villains close in and both police and the T.O.P.A.H. hunt him down.
