The most important thing is no more back pain. I have had to quit some sports I really enjoyed due to chronic lower back pain. Kettlebells helped me build core strength st home away from a gym. I mostly did swings to start. They were enough for my back. Next I bought this book and am happily on my way. Whatever strength levels I get to is icing on the cake, because my body feels better than it has since I was a teenager.

The S&S program was highly effective for me. It helped me develop full body strength and it did so fast. When it comes to kettlebell training, the swing and get-up are arguably the most beneficial movements you can do and Pavel does his usual great job explaining just about everything you need to know about them and how to program them to keep those gains coming.

This is a program that any enterprising student can use to build a platform of strength. This platform can be used for sport-conditioning, further strength training, or simply to feel good and confident in life. I am naturally a runner. Now, I am also a strength athlete. Most of us, the normal citizens, will need little else. In fact, all the extra you are getting from other sources is too much and is distracting you from your primary mission in life.
