About the author

Rosamund Dean is a journalist, author and former deputy editor of Grazia.
In 2021, she was diagnosed with breast cancer aged 40, and documented her journey with a column in The Sunday Times Style.
She has since founded Well Well Well, a popular wellness newsletter on Substack, chronicling her efforts to future-proof her body in a way that is relatable and doable.
She is also the author of Mindful Drinking: How Cutting Down Can Change Your Life.
Rosamund lives in London with her husband, Sunday Times writer Jonathan Dean, and their two children.
