All in all, 0 out of 10, would not recommend to anyone unless you want to find out how not to write about depression. The thought that someone uses this as a guide terrifies me. A lot of the science and information is outdated or false. An abundance of stupid quotes and shaming. The skills themselves are good but lack nuance and explanations. Just because it worked for you doesn't mean you have to ignorantly and arrogantly prescribe it to everyone. You're experience is not an absolute truth.
