Something that looks awfully like zombies, groaning, dribbling zombies who are just wandering about ... and no one but Ian seems to have noticed.

For the last five years he has been getting up at 3.46am to host his own Heart breakfast radio show. As a result of this he has perfected the art of being able to sleep almost anywhere. His wife and children are not amused by this, particularly when it’s in a restaurant.
