About the author
Reid Wilson, PhD, an international expert in the treatment of anxiety disorders, is the author or coauthor of several books, including Don't Panic and Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents. Dr. Wilson currently serves as the director of the Anxiety Disorders Treatment Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Lynn Lyons, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who lives in Concord, New Hampshire, where she is in private practice.
Educated at Juilliard, Paul Costanzo brings the sensitivity and nuance of a classical music background to his twenty-five-plus years of voice acting, and AudioFile magazine has called his narration "superb."
