About the author

Lili Wilkinson is the author of more than twenty novels published in Australia, including Green Valentine, The Boundless Sublime, and After the Lights Go Out. She established the Inky Awards at the Centre for Youth Literature, State Library of Victoria. Lili has a PhD in creative writing from the University of Melbourne and spends most of her time reading and writing books for teenagers. Her fantasy novels include A Hunger of Thorns, Deep Is the Fen, and Unhallowed Halls.

Katy Sobey trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and has since worked in theatre, television, radio and audio. Theatre credits include: A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Woodlanders and King John. On television Katy featured in BBC 1’s The Indian Doctor. For BBC Radio 4, she has appeared in several radio plays and various episodes of Poetry Please. Katy has also recorded numerous audiobooks, including the Isadora Moon series and various novels by Fiona McIntosh and Sheila Newberry.
