About the author

Joan Rivers (1933-2014) was a Grammy Award-winning comedian, actress, writer, and television host. A comedy pioneer, Rivers wrote several books of humor as well as the memoirs Enter Talking and Still Talking. Richard Meryman (1926-2015) was a journalist, magazine editor, and the author or coauthor of a dozen books, including Andrew Wyeth: A Secret Life and Mank: The Wit, World, and Life of Herman Mankiewicz. Meryman also cowrote two memoirs by Joan Rivers, Enter Talking and Still Talking.
