Our brain is 1400 times more complicated as compared to the entire world's telephone system, and so is it more able and capable compared to the world's best computer, yet many times we still cannot remember our postal code. The brain is the most important part of our body. The functioning of all the parts of our body is done through our brain only. It is only the brain that governs every action of our body. If we have any pain in our body, then it is our brain that motivates us to cure the pain. As a result, we try to lovingly massage our painful area with our hands; this action also trains our brain to think and act in this manner.

If the brain were removed from our bodies, then the bodies would become like lifeless puppets. Some people may have sharp brains and some may have weak brains. People who have completely weak brains, unstable brains, and or impaired brains usually have to undergo mental treatment or even have to be admitted to asylums for constant treatment. The blood vessels that are spread in our brains have an average length of around one lakh miles. If the blood circulation stops in the brain, then within ten seconds a person loses consciousness. The grey matter of the brain is made up of neurons, which alert and comprehend by sending signals to the brain. The thickness of the neuron is 4 microns. On the tip of a needle, you can fit 30,000 neurons. In a human brain, there are around 100 billion neurons, i.e., as many stars as are available in the sky.

At the time of birth itself, emotions like happiness, sorrow, fear, shyness, kindness, etc are also born in the brain of a human. Then these emotions take the form of how the child is brought up. Laughing at a joke is not an easy task, as for this task, five different parts of the brain have to do the same job.

The brain is one magical part that scientists have not yet been able to thoroughly understand. To understand the brain, all the world's scientists are trying their best to understand it. The amount of knowledge a scientist comes to know about the brain makes him more curious to know more. Thus, the process of research keeps on continuing further with no end.
