About the author
Geoff Mulgan is chief executive of Nesta, the UK's National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts. He was the founder of the think tank Demos and director of the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit and head of policy under Tony Blair. His books include The Locust and the Bee and Good and Bad Power.
British-born Julian Elfer is an award-winning New York City-based actor and audiobook narrator. With over fifty titles to his credit, Julian brings a unique facility for characterization in fiction and an empathy for the personalities and events of the past.
