About this audiobook

Dear reader,

Life appears to be a complex journey only if we indulge our conditioned mind and do not reflect deeply on who we really are.

There are human beings who, with their presence and their actions, manage to radiate light, not physical light, but the light that comes from within, the light that illuminates their path and that of "others", that warms and guides, that inspires them to be better and to make a difference: these are the "lives of light".

Every life of light is unique, but they all share a common quality: an impact that goes beyond the individual, an energy that transcends one's ego and spreads, like invisible waves, into the universe around us, uniting what appears separate.

There are lives of spiritual light , those of those who have embraced a path of deep awareness, seeking wisdom in silences and in the simplest gestures.

In this first part of the book we will delve into the lives of some saints and sages of every age.

These lives are like lighthouses in the night, capable of guiding those who are lost in their own doubts and fears.

then continue with the lives of light in art , which, through the beauty of forms and emotions, have transmitted sources of divine inspiration.

Painters, musicians, poets, all those who, with their talent, have tried to give us back a fragment of what is eternal, bringing light into the darkest and most desperate hearts.

Happy reading
