About the author

Blaine Langberg, a Harvard-trained orthodontist, enjoys writing and mainlining pop culture in his spare time. He's found that meditation helps quiet his mind. Blaine lives in Connecticut with his family. Journey of a JuBu is his debut novel. Michael Kirby is a California native, a life-long skateboarder, waterman, surfer, volleyball player, hiker, mountain biker, runner, gardener, experienced yogi, meditator and passionate cooker with years of hospitality industry experience and classically trained actor. He holds an MFA from The Old Globe Theatre. With a diverse acting career spanning more than a quarter century, Michael works in film, television, voiceover and theatre, and has been seen on Off-Broadway stages, as well as regional houses, like The Mark Taper Forum, Syracuse Stage, The Old Globe, and many more. He is a member of the prestigious Antaeus Theatre company in Los Angeles. As a father of two toddlers, he also approaches all things with a patient and nurturing spirit. Michael loves his craft and thrives on storytelling, both fiction and non-fiction. Currently Michael has 8 titles he has completed.
