I called customer service FOUR times to help me with technical issue (app loading forever after trying to move account from old to new phone) and all they did is try to convince me the issue is from my phone and they can't do anything about it. Terrible IT management. Other than the technical app issue, they used to be better in terms of topping up balance flexibly (vs now, minimum SAR 100). If I would find an alternative, I'd 100% go for it.

Very slow customer service. I sent money to the Philippines but after two days, it is still under processing. I tried to submit a ticket but received a message that it will be reviewed after 3-5 days. I cancelled the remittance but now I am still waiting for my money to be credited to my account. I also sent an email but their email was not found or unable to receive email. Because of all these reasons, I do not plan to upgrade to STC Bank. I am now looking for other remittance options.

I sent money to my brother account in India on 28th July 2025,, unfortunately the status initially showed under review and now it's shows as On hold since. They blocked the account 2 times since then saying that they noticed some suspicious activity. I don't know how to resolve this issue. Any previous experience or suggestions are welcome. Regards
