Nagarik App

Lately, this application doesn't meet the expectations. Enrolled documents are lost. When I update the app, the pincode security is lost. And today, even though there is an internet connection, the app shows no internet connection and shows try again!! I think developers are playing with the production environment!!

Overall, my experience with the Nagarik app has been quite good. However, I encountered a problem while filling out the "Citizenship Verification Request" form. The "Issuing Authority" field doesn't show any dropdown options and also doesn't allow me to type anything. Because of this, I'm unable to submit the form. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

the worst app and worst service I cannot login my account, It shows the error 'Verification by Driving Licence Is Unavailable at This Moment'. There is no other options to login except for driving license, then how do I login? I searched for the assistance and found a toll-free number, not my surprise that the phone doesn't work.
