forcefully take location permission. I think it can be optional . Which feature need location, then request for location but in this app when try to open first is your location. why ? I just want to track my parcel which is sent by an organization, parcel is not trackable through the link they sent by sms and forcing to install the app . after installing I thought now it can be trackable but they want location, account , permission etc. first time impression is very very bad

This is absolutely infuriating! I'm stuck, unable to cancel my parcel order even though the rider hasn't even reached my location yet. Why on earth does the cancellation option disappear the moment a rider accepts the order? It's utterly ridiculous! To make matters worse, this rider is demanding more money than what's clearly shown in the app. Now I'm in a terrible situation where he won't cancel, and I can't either. This whole system is beyond frustrating!

Pathao Food is Great. Except for when i get that annoying call to ask if order is confirmed or not like why? i just ordered, did you think it was a prank? especially if i order almost every week? Also, why can't i pay through phone pay or esewa like foodmandu, i use pathao food cause it opens one hour early than foodmandu which is great but , because of some of these inconveniences , if i have to order during the day i go with foodmandu, otherwise the delivery times are great in pathao.
