The app seems to be having issues for some time now. After uploading images of the wrong product delivered, I cannot provide further. Not sure if this is a feature (hoping that the customer might give up and accept whatever has been delivered) or a bug. I cannot understand how such a bug can be there for a long time (almost a month since I noticed the issue). It is unnecessary to call the customer service if the app works fine.

first they deliver expired, rotten products and when the complaint is raised, they wont even improve the service instead they will deactivate the account and steal all the money in your wallet. everytime an evidence is attached to the complain. they won't even read the emails and send the automated responses. refund the money from the wallet and acknowledge the issues in your products and service. emailed already, amount is not refunded back.

Barring their timely delivery, there is nothing good about the app. Not only do they have very limited items to offer, their prices are always higher than those prevailing in the local market. Each time I have ordered onions, 4-5 of them turned out rotten. Besides, milk has also turned out bad many times within its shelf life. Its a complete waste. Better get stuff from the market yourself.
