So far I've loved the app, but now it just stopped working. Clearing cache didn't work so I reinstalled and now I can't login or even choose my address or country, absolutely nothing works in the app and after reinstall I can't even access the home screen. Which is a real shame because I wanted to order groceries for the night, and going to the shops is not an option for me right now. I hope you will fix these issues ASAP.

Very costly. When I buy the same items in my grocery store, its shocking to compare how costly they are sold on the app. But it's the cost of convenience. I order when really need something to be delivered. Else prefer to just get from the grocery store myself. Helps save money and get some extra exercise

I use Flink multiple times per week in Netherlands and the dark store concept is great and deliveries are usually within 20-30 mins while AH and Jumbo cant even deliver same day. Good inventory, sometimes missing my favorite items but other times having them on sale so it's all good. App has a few bugs like showing random items as if they are in cart when navigating between menus/categories, or showing as Closed until restart after lack of drivers. Really wish tipping was possible afterwards.
