I have ordered wrong phone by mistake. I didn't notice that little Pro is missing in phone description. I notified them 4hours later when I realised what happened. They said we need 24 hours to look into the problem. It was a Saturday morning. On Monday item has been sent to me regardless wasting their money and mine. What if stuff get damaged in transit? No more shopping here. Apparently this is only marketplace. Not an online shop so be careful. Returns on you even if goods arrive damaged.

Thank you for the review! We must say that any order can be cancelled within 2 hours after payment. After that, the seller starts preparing the item for dispatch, and there is no longer any guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if you change your mind or make a mistake. We're truly sorry that things turned out this way in your case.

I usually don't write reviews, but I view like Joo. deserves one. Joom is a shopping app just like Wish and Aliexpress, but just better! All the items are of high quality, it has fast delivery, you track your orders,no extra charges and there is a point system which you get point from each purchase, and with these point you can buy other products. There is a great warranty to get your money back for all kinds of occasions, and that has kept me happy serveral times. I am glad I tried out the app.

Was 5 stars, now there's a shipping fee so it's only worth 2 stars. I only shop for pricier items on here, my min cost for one item is 20€, so the fact that now I need to buy 3 items to get free shipping feels very unfair when I know others are probably buying the cheap things and therefore paying way less for free shipping than me. I was about to buy an item for 60€, then I was told to add two more items for free shipping and I noped out. Offer it based on price, not items and maybe I'll return
