App used to be good. Now they have absolutely no customer service options other than a useless bot. Half of the items in my last order were suddenly refunded after waiting 3 days to ship and other half is still waiting to ship almost a week later. No explanation for the refunds was given and no avenues of communication were available for the merchant or Wish. Never using again. At least Temu communicates with shoppers

Idk why, but it gets worse over time. My last 5 orders had over half my items refunded: seller refused to even fill the order, or bother sending it. They didn’t sell out bc the items and listing remain. You simply won't get your stuff. update 3- I'm done! Spent $80,didn't get anything from a 3/3/25 order, kept asking, checking tracking (stuck in US customs), and by 4/7, STILL nothing, so asked for a refund. They claimed on 4/9 that I've had it since 3/26, I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING, THIEVES!!

use to be a really good app but prices have soared for subpar quality shipping times are outrageous and everytime I try order anything anymore its refunded as the "store" can't provide the item I ordered. I've reached out to support on the app with no help it simply.put you through automated messages that didn't fix the issues. terrible app these days I recommend trying something else maybe temu 🤷♀️
