Tronsmart

Doesn't work with Apollo Bold anymore. Have tried deleting data/cache and unpairing a bunch of times but app cannot find them. I can still connect manually via Bluetooth but then I can't use any of the apps features

It's a hit or miss whether it finds my Onyx Prime or gets stuck on the searching screen. Even when it finds it, it takes too long. It's almost unusable. And why does it need access to my location?? Their customer support is even worse. Edit: my first pair was defective, but the app works the same with my replacement pair, too (which kinda works, though something is loose inside and makes a noise when moved) Cannot update firmware. Bad app for a bad product. Never buying Tronsmart ever again

(EDIT: the connectivity issues seem to have been fixed) Sometimes it finds the device, sometimes it doesn't. after many tries while varying the different parameters I usually get it to work. Not so great. Also: I wish this app would not require me to enable GPS. But It is usable. -1 for the inconvenience, -1 for the privacy nightmare.
