TBH, The best delivery app in its category. Best delivery agents, the Fastest, good customer service that follow up any issue and orders are delivered in good condition, But 1-Low variety, like probably the lowest sadly. 2-Low stock. if you use the app , you know that your fav products won't be available every time you wanna buy them. 3-They are focusing on producing their own products more than providing a variety and actually some of them aren't the best compared to their alternatives.

Awful first (and last) experience. I placed an order at 12 PM and paid in advance by card. After 4+ hours, nothing arrived. Support was super slow to respond. They claimed the driver couldn’t reach me, so I gave a second number and still no delivery. Later, they told me to cancel and reorder myself. Unacceptable. Never use this app again.

it used to be so good. now, there is a bot obviously as a customer service, no one is answering me, the order is late for more than half an hour and noone answers and I can't even cancel the order! you're over priced for a good service that you don't provide anymore. Shifting to another app
