This app is giving an instapoint to use. But because of misinformation about the items and they never put "NA" when you are picking items, they will substitute it with a high price. So you are not getting a discount. They are just promoting that you have points, but they will never let you have a discount. You are paying a high amount. No less. They need to update the apps so that if some items are not available, they are listed directly. There is no need to substitute for a much higher price.

Theyโre fine until you actually encounter a problem. Theyโll make one call that rings for maybe three seconds, then either close the case or just ignore it altogether โ and then have the audacity to ask for feedback on their โproblem-solving skills.โ My advice: use the app as a reference and search tool to find which store has what you need, then contact the store directly. P.S. already sent an email from 3 hours ago and no reply.

After the order gets confirmed some prices change,sometimes dramatically (I'm not taking about fruits/vegetables,that are by weight).This is really not nice,if u acpect to pay certain amount and in the end it's a lot different.Plus there is no way no cancel the order or delete that item, only throughCS.But the delivery comes anyway,even it canceled on the App!Disappointed, do NOT recommend this App! Edit: Still The worst customer service ever.The guy just closed the line,cos he doesn't speak Eng
