Totally disfunctional, nothing works. For starters it cannot find a res. either by the flight number or by a reservation number, called AM and they found everything right away. Further - it incorrectly compiled full name from entered first, second and last name. From that point on - it can easily mess your boarding pass up and they would not let you through the check point

This app should be put together with the iof's list of war crimes. It ask for re-installs, it randomly can't connect, drops details and takes ages for any simple tasks. If you manage to check in, send the boarding pass to your email. I suggest to arrive early at the airport and waste time at the front desk so the company also wastes time instead of only you.

I can't even login to my account on the app. It says my rewards number is incorrect, but it works just fine on the website. Nothing loads properly, and when I use the app as a guest, it only gives me access to one boarding pass for an entire travel day, which caused me to have to exit the airport at my connecting flight location to print my other boarding pass and do security all over again. This app makes stressful travel days so much worse
