This is generally a good app, being that I don't need to stop at a machine for a physical ticket. However, I am annoyed that when trying to buy an off peak ticket for an off peak ride, it forces me to purchase a peak ticket. It's easily happened on my last 10-15 purchases. Not cool. I'm being taken advantage of because it's assumed that I don't have the time to make a complaint to have this rectified. Do better.

I had no issues with this app until and use it frequently until 4/2025. I changed my phone to a Google Pixel Pro 9 and the display for the app was reduced and cut in half, it's so annoying and no one seems to be able to fix it. If there was another app option I would stop using this app in a heart beat!

Whenever I try to use Google Pay, it gives me a gateway error. I would prefer not saving my credit card to my account or even using one through the app. It would really be nice if they had widgets for favorite schedules and active tickets, that we can put on the home screen.
