they withdraw money out of my bank account without order confirmation. My order was for only 650, but they deducted the amount 4 times out of my card while the pop-up message showed payment failure on their app. I contacted the bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and there is no option to contact their support team. you can only send an email. The payment gateway is horrible and they are trying to save money by not providing instant support. Paid 4 times, no order!!!!!

I ordered drinks and food and the delivery driver only gave me the food. There is no way to contact the driver on the app, there is no hotline to call, and the live chat is completely unresponsive. I have no way of resolving any issues with the service. Completely unprofessional and behind industry standard. Just order from Talabat, don't use the application.

Worst app ever, total scammers. I placed an order, waited 4 hrs for 3 items. I got charged for the order and never received it. Their support is useless and did nothing to help. I want my money back!!!!!!
