Worst experience when booking the ticket. Absolutely no help in checking and help to cancel the ticket when the Sistine Chapel is close on Conclave day and they keep saying that it's not closed and refuse to help cancelling the ticket even though the only thing I'm interested is closed for my booking day.

Scam application. please don't download this application and don't use their website to purchase anything. They have the worst customer service, they sell museum tickets 4 times higher price than actual price. I couldn't receive 481 euros I spent to purchase for the tour that I never received. They didn't rebook our tour and didn't refund the money. They never return/refund the money if force major happens. Please read all reviews from other customers before you purchase something.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I purchased a package for two attractions on the 7th, but when I received my tickets, one was for the 8th instead. When I reached out to customer service, their solution was to cancel the ticket—without offering a refund—and told me to purchase another one. Edit: Yes you guys sent me an email telling me that I selected the day 7th for my tickets but still the ticket for the science world you sent me were for the 8th, total scam.
