The best part of the trip was our guide Salman, he truly made a difference in this experience. he is hilarious and at the same time very professional. He explained the most important facts of each place we visited and also took his time to take pictures like a professional photographer for each one of us. I definitely recommend going on a tour with him, you will have the most amazing time. The worst part of the trip was the pick up points. They aren't very clear on the app as you can pick a plac

Very difficult to use overseas, the customer service is horrible. You just have to take your chances and cross your fingers. Others in our group had paid for tours and found that they did not exist. Took me over an hour fighting with the website and stinking app to book a tour. Again, no customer support when you call.

Unreliable and may wreak all your holiday plans. GetYourGuide just suddenly cancelled a number of my bookings without valid reasons. When I contacted them, the customer service staff only ask me to rebook (higher price now). My money is still pending refund too. Its a risk to whether I should continue planning with GTG as they can just cancel without valid reasons, leaving customers without tours/ activities last min if the tours are fully booked by then.
