HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.
If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

9 months later same trash doesn't say when trailer ready usually dont get updates my door is ready. Don't usually get assigned a trailer drop pad/ tractor pad in app. Should be able to request a paper bol upon check in to be left in the trailer w seal. Save time instead of the app whining about leaving asap to avoid congestion. Navigation isn't the smartest either but it does help to find facilities the first time there. Sucks the life out of your battery though tracking you the whole time.

I was once rejected from picking up a load at a facility in Woodbury, MN for a badging issue. I called ROC and informed them of the situation but somehow the load I was picking up resulted in a rejection on my behalf. I wish ROC could follow up on their notations a little bit better because reaching out to them sometimes can be a hit or miss.

Please update it as it is not possible to go back from the screen where it says that electronic cmr is not available so we have to choose to retry or to use paper cmr. I don't want to press to use paper cmr, I want to press retry but later when I get loaded and when e-cmr is available. But till then I might need to check address or departure and arrival times but I am not able anymore! I used to be able to do it!
