Just awful. More expensive than ever, now with adds. I've cancelled Amazon Prime and didn't use it for long. Tried to continue watching tv show after falling asleep and wanted to see where I stopped to watch from there, but after watching advertising for 2 minutes, it wouldn't let move it to the end of the episode as that would skip over 10 minutes of advertising and we can't have that for the money we pay! Awful!

Unfortunately the app loses where I left off on a near constant basis, but not to worry, Amazon subjects me to as many 90 second ad breaks as it possibly can while I'm trying to refind my place. Both issues have been going on for years so I don't see Amazon rushing to fix their "infinite ads" hack any time soon. Which is a shame, because there are lots of great shows on here, they're just too painful to try and watch through all the re-sets and extra ads.

The addition of unskippable ads in a paid service will always be a point of contention for me. They're not offering an "upgrade" to ad-free. They simply downgraded what you're paying for and are now asking for you to pay more for what you had previously. Even after upgrading to the ad-free plan guess what? They still give you ads. They're just able to be skipped now.
