For booking your trip and paying, this app is fine it does what it is supposed to, however, why if it claims to be international does not one of the tickets actually scan outside of the country. It's like a scam. As soon as I'm out of the Netherlands, the tickets don't scan for the conductors, even just next door in Germany. This has led to embarrassment, additional costs, and on one occasion, having to get off the train and get tickets and missing a connection.

The worst service ever, I will avoid booking anything with NS international again. Bought tickets months ago, but due to maintenance they announced after I had my tickets, there are no trains running from my departure station at all. I wasn't informed about any alternative routes to take, and which is worse, customer service straight on refuses to confirm if I can take the same train from an earlier stop! They'd have me go 1h extra route and ask in a different city if I may board at all!

OK, it is nice to have your ticket and travel details available, but unfortunately the seat reservation info is missing. Also I get no clue under what FLEX-conditions I made this reservation: thus, it is unclear what options I have for changing or canceling the journey. Too bad, because the FLEX-conditions are also missing in the confirmation mail, I had to call and ask what conditions were applicable.
