Update: Finally got my refund, although it did take a few days. Just a warning to new users to be cautious of the subscription because it might automatically be purchased if you don't cancel the free trial early. Also to the tech support, please reply a bit faster. And please fix your subscription method. The app is actually nice and easy to use, it made my project easier to make. I'll continue to use it.

This is a scam app to charge subscription costs. I used it to read text from one picture, and it took card details for it. It mentioned three day free trial, so I thought I would use once and then cancel the subscription. There was no option to cancel it from the app, so I did that from play store, but still got charged. Sending an email to them from the app doesn't work either! I am afraid they will just keep charging it forever!

Overpriced to cheaper alternatives. The free "limit" is so bombarded with ads the app almost feels locked until you find the transparent "close me" on several of the ads. But to emphasize again, the cost compared to competitors. This app is nicely designed BUT with that said, there are several competitors across the marketplace that charge SIGNIFICANTLY less for near the same quality. I would have considered purchase if the prices were not so exuberant.
