The app was great until I paid for the year. it no longer works and you can't cancel your subscription because it's for a year..Sadly, seems like a scam. won't let me take a picture at all. I have sent the app manager an email. would like at least a partial refund even though just bought it a few weeks ago. so disappointed. seems like an ongoing problem that I didn't research because given to me by my husband. Karen The app administrator was able to fix their app now able to use it. Thank you

It was nice but the app got some plants wrong. They also charged me for a whole year🤨. and they couldn't unsubscribe me. I've been trying to get off this stupid subscription they put you on. Tricking people into a year subscription with no refund is a great way to make easy money off of people.

I did the trial and I couldn't find how to deactivate the subscription. I sent an email and took weeks before someone responded with the direction plus it had renewed for a year. I never wanted a year but to try for a month for 7.99 or something like that. I also reached out through email to them to refund me and only atleast charge for a month and till this date, no one has reached out to me. Very must a dishonest way of doing business with the public. 😡😡😡
