The app was great until I paid for the year. it no longer works and you can't cancel your subscription because it's for a year..Sadly, seems like a scam. won't let me take a picture at all. I have sent the app manager an email. would like at least a partial refund even though just bought it a few weeks ago. so disappointed. seems like an ongoing problem that I didn't research because given to me by my husband. this application has been very helpful to me. I recently rescued a tortoise and need to know what things are in my yard that I can feed her. been very helpful, also last year I had a different application that got my nectarine tree wrong when I needed to figure out what was wrong with it, this application got it correct. so far so good

Never ever open this app. It doesnt work! It will charge you for a yr of subscription. Then after the app doesnt work as advertized. I would like to request for a refund. I also message their support multiple times already regarding this matter. I have given also the information they need. But after giving the details, I got no response from them. Also, the app doesnt identify really what the plants needs or give cure. Not useful.
