the app works. however if you get this from your credit card company, the MasterCard FAQ might not match credit card benefits. so it's very misleading. I ended up getting charged the full $32 USD benefit and conversion rates.. lesson learnt. I honestly thought from all information provided I was getting a free access to the lounge and a $32 USD "voucher"

Not happy about the fact that this app has signed me out without warning. Upon signing in it forced me to re-add all my card details, a card which I didn't have (because with this app, you supposedly don't need it). This has left me stranded and without access on my travels. When doing something like this in future, please warn people by way of popup messages in the app that this will happen on a certain date. An example there for a great, efficient product let down by poor policies.

bad joke from Mastercard. 1) lounge info obsoleted for 5 years or so 2) no access in many lounges availlable with paid Dragonpass 3) in peak hours no access to lounges is typical situation. 4) how about no ANY lounge access in such major hub as Istanbul? neithet in IST no SAW. but with normal Dragonpass pay per visit its just 25 yes please welcome Sir. = if you mean very few branded Mastercard lounges, say so and remove confusing mentions about Dragonpass !!!
