Terrible experience 🤬. During the registration it tells me that there are 2 errors, but there is nothing highlighted or marked as a problematic 🤷🏼‍♂️. So the error is not helpful at all and blocks me from completing the registration. For the record, I'm 100% sure that I put everything there correctly.

Scam. Charged me for reservation fee on my card no problem. When it came to paying the lounge itself, the app wouldn't let me add the card to my account, and didn't give me a reason. Lost my money, and couldn't use the lounge. Do not use - scam.

Not user friendly. Does not indicate used and balance visits clearly. also no digital card to scan directly from your phone at the lounge unlike other lounge service providers.
