Ruth Palmer is an experienced and extremely versatile illustrator working in many areas but mainly in publishing and educational children's books. Ruth studied Art and Illustration at Harrow College of Art, Middlesex, England. Ruth lives with her husband and teenage daughter in the beautiful Devon countryside in England.
