Peter J. Hamilton

Peter Joseph Hamilton was an Alabama lawyer, politician, professor and historian who served on the Mobile City Council and as Mobile City Attorney, as well as a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico from 1913 to 1921.
