Penny Richards

Penny Richards has been writing and selling romances since 1983. She is currently working on updating her backlist. Rambler's Rest is the first of four books that will be called the Louisiana Legacy Series. Ms. Richards is also working on the fourth book of her award-winning historical Lilly Long Mystery series.
