Hua Luogeng (1910- 1985), mathematician, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the founder and pioneer of analytic number theory, is regarded as the " Father of Modern Chinese Mathematics." He made significant contributions to number theory, algebra, and the theory of complex functions. Widely recognized as one of the founders of modern Chinese mathematics, Hua' s work not only advanced the field but also played a key role in the development of mathematical education in China.
